When refunds are issued
After we receive and inspect a returned item and it meets the returns conditions, your refund is initiated.
Refund method & timing
Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method; COD orders are refunded to your provided bank/UPI details. Refunds are typically initiated within 2–4 business days of inspection and may take an additional 3–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.
Store credit
Where applicable, you may opt to receive the refund as store credit, which is credited to your account instantly on approval.
Cancellations
Orders cancelled before shipment are refunded in full to the original payment method.
